Terms of Service

Welcome to CLIP ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CLIP platform, a Social Commerce and AI-powered video content creation service. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

CLIP provides tools for businesses to manage products, generate AI-powered promotional video content, capture leads, and publish content to social media platforms including TikTok. Our service includes but is not limited to:

• Product catalog management for retail, real estate, and automotive sectors.
• AI-generated video scripts and promotional content.
• Social media integration for content publishing (TikTok, WhatsApp).
• Lead management and CRM tools.
• Analytics and performance tracking dashboards.

To use certain features of the platform, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Our platform integrates with third-party services including TikTok for Business and WhatsApp Business API.

4.1 TikTok Integration

By connecting your TikTok account through our platform, you authorize CLIP to:

• Access your basic TikTok profile information (display name, avatar).
• Upload and publish video content to your TikTok account on your behalf.
• Retrieve performance metrics and analytics for published content.

You may revoke CLIP's access to your TikTok account at any time through the CLIP settings page or directly through TikTok's Connected Apps settings. Your use of TikTok is also subject to TikTok's own Terms of Service.

4.2 Data Deletion

You may request deletion of all data associated with your TikTok integration at any time by disconnecting your TikTok account from the CLIP platform settings or by contacting us at oklantrade@gmail.com. Upon disconnection, all stored TikTok tokens and associated data will be permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
• Upload, post, or transmit content that is offensive, harmful, defamatory, or infringes intellectual property rights.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems.
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without our written permission.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

All content generated by users through the platform (videos, scripts, images) remains the intellectual property of the user who created it. By using our service, you grant CLIP a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and distribute such content solely as necessary for the provision of the service.

The CLIP platform, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is the intellectual property of CLIP and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

CLIP is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. In no event shall CLIP be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the service.

Termination:We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

Governing Law:These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Peru, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
