CLIP ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Social Commerce platform. Please read this policy carefully. By using the platform, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.

2.1 Information You Provide

• Account Information: Name, email address, password, business name, and business type when you register.
• Business Data: Product information, pricing, images, and descriptions you upload to the platform.
• Contact Information: Phone numbers and WhatsApp details for customer communication.
• Payment Information: Billing details processed through secure third-party payment processors.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device information, and operating system.
• Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, time spent on the platform, and interaction patterns.
• Analytics Data: Performance metrics for campaigns and published content.

2.3 Information from Third Parties

• TikTok: When you connect your TikTok account, we receive your TikTok Open ID, display name, and avatar URL through TikTok's Login Kit. We store an access token to publish content on your behalf.
• WhatsApp Business API: Messages and contact information received through WhatsApp Business webhooks for lead management.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve our services.
• Process transactions and manage your account.
• Generate AI-powered video content and marketing materials.
• Publish content to your connected social media accounts (TikTok).
• Send important service-related communications and updates.
• Analyze usage patterns to enhance user experience.
• Comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud.

When you connect your TikTok account to CLIP, we access and store the following data:

• TikTok Open ID: A unique identifier for your TikTok account, used to associate your CLIP account with your TikTok profile.
• Access Token & Refresh Token: Encrypted authentication tokens stored securely in our database, used to publish videos on your behalf.
• Basic Profile Information: Display name and avatar, used to confirm your connected account in our settings page.

We do NOT access or store: Your TikTok password, private messages, followers list, liked videos, or any content not explicitly created through CLIP.

4.1 TikTok Data Deletion

You can disconnect your TikTok account from CLIP at any time through the Settings → TikTok Integration page. Upon disconnection:

• Your TikTok access token and refresh token are immediately deleted from our database.
• Your TikTok Open ID and all associated metadata are permanently removed.
• Previously published videos on TikTok will remain on TikTok (managed by you directly).

You may also request complete data deletion by emailing oklantrade@gmail.com. All TikTok-related data will be deleted within 30 days of your request.

Sharing Information:We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties without your consent, except in the following cases:

• Service Providers: We share data with trusted third-party providers (hosting, payment processing, AI services) necessary to deliver our service.
• Social Media Platforms: When you connect your accounts (TikTok, WhatsApp), we share content and data required for the integration functionality, subject to those platforms' privacy policies.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or governmental regulation.

Data Security:We implement industry-standard technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. This includes:

• Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS).
• Secure token storage with encryption at rest.
• Access controls and authentication for all administrative operations.
• Regular security reviews and monitoring.
